We have used classic Victoria style sponge for this cake. The sponge comes in multiple flavours to choose from. This sponge cake is covered on the outside with sugar paste icing. You can choose from gluten free option for this cake. Some cakes have icing toppers attached with cocktail sticks or other food-safe add-ons to help you accessorise the cake with toppers. This takes a few minutes of DIY and your cake is ready to dig in to.
